This match has a lot of background story and effect on it than most people think.Leicester have won their match against Sunderland 2-0 so the pressure is on Tottenham to win to keep their title hopes going. Manchester United on the other hand have to win this in order to their top 4 hopes going thus the title of this post.

2 MINS : The possession has been dominated by Tottenham and their attacking intent is shown early as they try to attack as much as possible . 


               4 MINS : Manchester United win some free kicks in their half after finally getting some possession back.Lingard and Schneiderlien combine to set martial on a run but the shot gets blocked and rebounds for a goal kick. 

     7 MINS : Mata takes a free kick on the left side of the box . The ball is floated in to Martial at the far post who pulls it back in but spurs counter from it . Mata tracks back to defend well.

10 MINS : United get some passes together to get Fosu Mensah on a run but the shot gets blocked for a corner.

13 MINS : The United players are pressing well and maintaining width in their play and not giving tottenham possession of the ball.They look the more dangerous team in the pitch

15 MINS : United now attacking with the possession . Tottenham look sluggish and foul trying to get the ball back.

16 MINS : Tottenham win a corner and Eriksen rolls it to Danny Rose on the edge of the six yard box which gets to Harry kane whose shot gets saved by De Gea but it would have not counted any way as Kane was offside.

18 MINS : Tottenham have some possession but let off the steam due to a poor shot at the wrong time.Shame the attack ended that way .

22 MINS : United get the ball back thanks to some wonderful interceptions by Schneiderlien and now they attack and win some corners but that does not lead to anything .

26 MINS : Tottenham regain the ball and Danny Rose does a wonderful switch to Walker on the right who passes it to eriksen who takes a shot from out of the box but it does not curve back in .

27 MINS : Lamela forces a cross in and the de gea punch goes straight to kane but Fosu mensah dives in and gets the ball.The next cross and sends lamela 1 v 1 on the far post but he misses it ! 

29 MINS : Kyle Walker tears Rojo apart on the right side and sends in a cross to kane who was waiting to tap it home but Fosu Mensah saves the day again with a wonderful interception. 

Tottenham have finally got into their stride and are slowly starting to dominate the match.

33 MINS : Tottenham keep up the tempo and press harder to regain the ball when they lose it. Fosu Mensah again prevents a cross.He's been superb so far .

 STAT - Tottenham have won just 3 of their 23 matches at home against United.

37 MINS : Lamela provides a long ball to Rose who chases it down before drifting in a cross but blind does his job and defends it. 

40 MINS : Martial gets to a promising position by intercepting a ball played back to the keeper but gets flagged for offside but turns out the ball came back of walker so martial should not be flagged for offside there.Wrong call by the linesman. 

 Mata has had to a lot of defending to keep track of the Danny Rose Threat and has done well so far.But it seems better if Lingard does that while mata focuses on getting the ball forward...Will need to see if Van Gaal changes those two up in half time.

44 MINS : Smalling fouls kane in the right of the box . Eriksen floats a good ball in but it just evades Alli inside the box but it is seen that martial did take a small touch while trying to defend it but the referee does not spot it and gives a goal kick.

Tottenham have had that one clear chance which lamela missed a easy header.United are yet to have such a clear cut chance.Been a average half and needs to improve if some one wants it to win . Stay tuned for the second half .

46 MINS : Young is starting to play in the middle of the park . Looks like a direct switch for Rashford. Really surprised by this move by Van Gaal. 

49 MINS : Spurs trying again to get Danny Rose through but and almost do it but Smalling gets across and clears. Mata is not going to win a race again Rose so that needs to be sorted ! 

51 MINS : Eriksen cuts back a ball from the left but it gets blocked and he goes direct from the rebound but that gets parried by De Gea . 

United need to start attacking from the right hand side and get Mata involved... They are being too predictable trying to get Martial on the ball too often.. Mata has been doing a lot of defending but no attacking play.

54 MINS : Harry kane gets the ball outside the box and protects it well before unleashing a turning shot trying to bend it into the far post but it goes straight into De Gea.

57 MINS : Midfield battles going on with both teams losing and gaining the ball back and forth but not anything game changing happening 

                                                           

59 MINS : Lingard trying the same thing kane tried but from inside the box but failing to hit the target by miles. Poor effort by the young lad.

60 MINS : Martial skips past 2 Tottenham players into the box from the left and shoots it but it goes straight at Lloris who parries it into Martial again who cant target the header into the goal as he was running into the ball quick. Should have scored there from the first hit after doing so well to create the chance.

62 MINS : Play held up for a few minutes as Manchester United's Fosu Mensah is down injured . He seems to be back ok after a while and some treatment. 

65 MINS : A powerful cross from Danny Rose takes a small deflection but De Gea saves it with his feet.

Here we are in the final stages of the league. BPL, as always has amused us this season too! First, it was the downfall of the champions CHELSEA and then the splendid run of the Foxes. With still 6 more games to go, this is the BEST part every premier league fan has been waiting for! So I have done the probabilities and permutations and have come up with some results. Let me discuss them 

Leicester City :

They are having their dream season so far, thanks for the brilliant team play exhibited by them. So far they have lost only three matches (2 vs Arsenal and 1 vs Liverpool) this season in the league. They are seven points clear of Tottenham at this point. Their remaining fixtures :

VS SUNDERLAND
VS WEST HAM UNITED
VS SWANSEA
VS MAN UNITED       
VS EVERTON
VS CHELSEA           

Of course it would be poor of my part if I say that I can predict the results because "Hello, we are in the Premier League dude.." But I can see them getting past through them. Both the United clubs will prove to be a tough club to win. But their final game against Chelsea may be the title changer provided they slip a little in the previous games. 

Out of their last six games, five times they have won 1-0. I repeat "FIVE TIMES". Its just that one killer ball or run that saves their ass's. So an upset can be expected. To be frank , as a neutral football fan I am looking for an upset, so that the final weekend will be lively...

Tottenham :

At last they have reached the top 3 and it is not FIFA ! With their quick counter attacks their pacey attacks are hard for any team to defend. Though they started the season on a losing note, they have lived up to the expectations for their fans. So are they poised to lift the title ? The remaining fixtures :

 Their also have challenging opponents but with a good run ,title is within range. But they must make sure that they never drop points. With seven points adrift its just three games that matters for Leicester but just one game for spurs. I can assure 4 three pointers, but the remaining games are gonna decide.

Arsenal :

The other London club in the upper deck. They have been really a consistent team so far in the league this decade. With Sanchez and Ozil coming in, they have become a little more powerful in the past 2 years. Just like Manchester United, injuries upset their season. At a stage, they were looking to secure the title but then slipped. (Gerrard, is that you ?) Still they have a fair chance of securing the title. The upcoming fixtures :

For the people who are saying that the BPL is decided and over now, no it's not ! It's evenly poised and I am expecting an exciting finale. So the final verdict, uhh, prediction i mean :

Barclays Premier League PREDICTIONS

  Hey There !! This season(in Premier League) is gonna be really exciting and would make you sit at the edge of your seats because of changes that has been made . Hence my sniffing mind has sniffed something on what is gonna happen next and who will be the winner of the title next season !! So lets get onto the topic !!

  
Lets start from position "5" 

5 - Arsenal 

     Arsenal , who finished fourth last season by a margin of 1 point doen't look in a good shape of improving . They have sold Gervinho and the only signing is Yaya Sanago !! What's happening in Wenger's mind ?? He hasn't signed big players for a long time to compensate the selling of big stars , yet he hasn't took the advantage of current situation and didn't took the measures to sign many lads .

 If they have to sustain in the Champions League run only a good management is possible . Wenger is the current longest serving manager in BPL and has a lot of experience . Hence experience must mix with firepower to make it work for the Gunners !!

Here come No. 4 :

4 - Tottenham Hotspurs :

   

  

    A lot of drama has been going on for them on the transfer of Bale . Everyone concentrated on that issue but only some noticed that they strengthened the squad with the signings of Soldado , Paulinho , Capoue and Nacer Chadli ....

  The only player that they want now is a quality left back . With AVB as the manager they would have no problems with the management because he is very skillful manager and hope he solves the issue of Bale too !!

And There goes position No. 3

3 - Manchester City :

   There is a lot of competition in the top 3 . All the teams have equal strength in squad . Speaking about Man City they made some sensational signings of Jovetic , Navas , Fernandinho and Negrado !!

  Their manager Manuel Pellegrini has a lot of experience in managing but when it  comes to premier league it's always difficult . There's a lot of competition and a lot will be happening . They have bought the players and the manger for a title winning squad , But can they but CLASS ??

And here come's position No.2 !!

2 - Manchester United

   As Spurs are struggling with Bale , United are suffering with Rooney . Atleast Bale with a clear mind has told that he would like to join Real Madrid and to leave the club but in the case of Rooney no one know's what is the problem with him !! He says we wants to stay and then to leave , to stay , to leave and so on .,

 And so the newly appointed Moyes had to spend time with this problem and left the signings of many players . They have made only one new signing of Varela . The defending Champions are a bit strong with their youth players !! They must play with a squad of experience and young blood .

  I guess they would be runners up this season because as I said earlier the teams are with equal power but Moyes with his experience in Premier League with Everton could made United a bit strong favourite's over their noisy rivals City !! If something happens as Moyes said that he would buy a star within the end of transfer they could hope of winning the 21st League title !!

And the first position goes to ....

1 - Chelsea !!

  Chelsea are the strong favorite's for winning the League with the return of the "special one" , Jose Mourinho . He had already managed the club for 3 years and has returned once again with high hopes and objectives ...

  The former Real Madrid manager has already signed Schurrle and van Ginkel , the two most talented youngsters . He also said that he wants to make Rooney join Chelsea !! They are a team with many talents like Mata, Oscar , Hazard and so on,. 

  But the problem is , we all know that Jose is a very angry man and Abramovich mustn't put more pressure on him !! He must let Mourinho on his own path to achive success . The only problem they may be facing will be the problem from board !!!
