Juan Mata - Will he be sold ?

Hello guys ! Its FF again,hope you all are doing fine.Well then lets get into the post . 

As you all know Manchester United have sacked Van Gaal and hired Jose Mourinho to replace him on a 3 year deal.Check out this post for more information on the deal.

So as you may know that Mourinho was the one who sold Mata to united some 3 years back for a lot of money when Moyes was incharge of united . 

The move to United : 

               The move did surprise most people because Mata was the star player of Chelsea at that time and was a real fan favourite among the blues.But when Mourinho took charge he benched Mata preferring Willian and Oscar in that rule stating that they had higher work rate than Mata and that his team needed players that only tracked back.It was a bit harsh on the player but fans agreed with him then because he brought results .

His performance last season :

                  Mata performed well last season appearing in 51 games scoring 11 times and assisting 9 .He also picked out a lot of creative passes with his vision but along with the team he struggled and went missing in matches where the opponents played defensive football and could not break them down.That is one part of the game he needs to improve on.

Stat Attack 

• Mata was awarded the club player of the month in September for scoring in two games and assisting in one .

• Mata scored in the FA Cup levelling the scores 1-1.

What happens now ?

               Yet again Mata is faced with the prospect of being sold by Mourinho for the same reason or reasons unknown.United fans consider Mata a integral part of the team but so did Chelsea and that did not stop Mourinho from selling him. Many will say that Mata has improved his defensive workrate and it remains to be seen if it is enough for him to remain in the starting lineup and in the club.

Potential clubs to move to :

                  There have been rumors that are linking him Barcelona and Valencia his former club that includes a swap deal for Andre Gomez whom Mourinho is said to be interested in .

[Confirmed] Ilkay Gundogan signed by Manchester City

Big news in the transfer market today as Manchester City complete the signing of star midfielder Ilkay Gundogan from Borussia Dortmund for a fee reported to be around 20 Million Euros. This also marks the first signing of City under Pep's reign. Let's get into what this transfer brings us !

The Deal as we know ,

 Gundogan's name has come up in every transfer window for the past few occasions and a lot of clubs were trying to lure him. Clubs like Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Barcelona and Real Madrid were all linked with the player. Most of the fans wanted him to play for their club. But city were closely linked last year too and this year they have made it happen. He had just 1 more year in his contract with Dortmund. So city cashed in and got their first recruit in Pep's office.

His career so far , 

 Manchester City is his third top tier club, previously played for FC Nurnberg and Borussia Dortmund. He is known as a star midfielder. He uses to dominate in the centre and push his team forward. He is a great chance creator and scores at times. But a fine player to take spot kicks. He is a regular starter for his club. Unfortunately he had to sit aside for 15 months during the 2013-14 season owing to a back injury. He made his first international appearance for Germany in 2011 and has 16 caps to his name.

Manchester City and Gundogan - Will it work out ? 

   You may be wondering if he will fit in city's plans! But the answer is - no one knows. It's a new manager for them and we haven't seen them play. So if they made the decision to sign him, then it means they need him and know what they are doing. So how about stop thinking and seeing what happens next !

His role ,

 Manchester City has seriously increased their depth in the midfield to several levels in the past seasons and now are available with a lot of options. The likes of Yaya Toure, Silva, Nasri, Kevin de Bruyne, Fernando, Fernandinho and now Gundogan will all be fighting for the same spot. But as we know Guardiola is the HOD of midfield and he had a similar squad in all his previous clubs. So he will be playing a strong midfield with a single striker and Gundogan will definitely be controlling the midfield.

 Gundogan who is sidelined from the EUROS 2016 might be out until September. Once he comes back from the injury, he should find his form back. People have seen big names like Di Maria, Falcao, Schweinsteiger fail in the recent times to shine and it wont be an easy job for him to settle so quickly if he is normal. But he is regarded as an "intelligent and complete" midfielder by his former gaffer Klopp. So let's see if he is intelligent after all !

And there are no star-strikers available in the team now,thus If I were the manager I would definitely sign Zlatan and boost my attacking positions !

Why did Barcelona show interest on David Luiz?

Barcelona hardly needed a defender because Puyol,the legendary defender of FCB is gonna be retired.During winter transfer window Barcelona confirmed its talks about David Luiz for the replacement for Puyol.As Jose Mourinho disagreed to the deal during the winter transfer window,Barcelona again submitted a bid to Chelsea for Luiz with a fee of 34.5 million. But PSG grabbed him with a huge deal of 49.5 million euros.Now the latest rumour is Barcelona is going for a huge deal with Borussia Dortmund which is a combination transfer of the center Back Mats Hummels and the Left Midfielder Marco Reus for a fee of 80 million euros. But the talks were not confirmed yet.

Why did PSG buy David Luiz?

Paris Saint-German lacked quality defenders Thiago Silva is exception  and also they are too old like Maxwell.So they needed to find a new one.At first It was rumoured that PSG placed a bid for Mats Hummels of Borussia Dortmund for a fee of 35 million but it wasn't confirmed.When Barcelona were about to grab David Luiz from Chelsea PSG intervened and snatched him from Barcelona.

No its not a very good move for Chelsea. David Luiz was one of the finest Defenders of Chelsea but now Cahill is the only defender in Chelsea witha good form.Terry is in bad shape and he is too aged.Also the loss of a legendary midfielder Frank Lampard who joined New York club in MLS as a free agent is a terrible blow to Chelsea.Everyone says that Mourinho has put chelsea in a bad condition but we think that he has other plans lets wait and see that.

Marco Rues transfer news-Where is he destined to shine??

Well the season is about to end and the transfer window even though does not start officially till July most teams are keen to finish most deals  before the world cup begins.There are many rumors about Big players leaving their current clubs and one of the main man in these rumors is Marco Rues.

Marco Rues is a German footballer who currently plays for Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund.He has impressed many people and football fans with his speed,agility,technique.He has become a star and key player in Dormund's and Germany line up in the recent years.But as all players shine at their clubs now Rues is faced with the difficult question after Gotze left for Rivals Bayern and Lewandowski is due to join them in the summer ...DOES HE MOVE ON FROM DORTMUND??

Rues at Dortmund this season

Rues has been excellent this season and as the stats show he has scored 16 goals and assisted 13 in his 30 league starts.He has started in 9 Champions League  games and has scored 5 and assised 3 goals in them.This is excellent stats as he mainly plays as a winger  on the left side.Rues , Lewandowski  and Gotze are the reason of Dortmund' success in recent years

Possible Transfers for Rues

Manchester United are very keen on signing Marco Rues.They have sent scouts to watch him several times and also rumors indicate have held talks with his agent too. So United have also looking to make a overhaul of the entire squad and he is considered their prime target.He sure will get a first team place as United do not have any quality wingers.He sure will fit in the team due their conter attacking and pace play but the move depends on two questions here -Will Rues be content without a champions league spot?? and Will Man United pay more the other competitors?? If the answer to both is Yes then we may very well see him in United next season

Barcelona

Barcelona have joined the race for Rues late.They first seemed to have no interest in him but now they are one of the pole contenders to sign him.Barcelona may very well pay above the competitors but the question is "WILL HE ADAPT TO BARCA'S STYLE??".In dortmund he is used to fast pacy counter attacks,long balls etc.. Whereas in barca he would have to suit to slow passing game they play.If he does move and does not suit in then it would be waste of money for barca and waste of time for Rues.If he decides that Barca is his choice he better be ready to adapt to their style and forget all pacy counters.

Real Madrid 

This is tough decision for Rues to make as if he joins he will have to compete with Ronaldo and Bale two world class players for a spot in the team.Most likely Di Maria will be sold if Rues arrives but still if he is not then he is not sure of any game time.He will suit in well due to their counter attacking play and also likely will be paid high and also they will pay a hefty fee for him but GAME TIME is what is in the question now.

Bayern

At first everyone thought they would buy Rues also when  they bought Gotze and Lewandowski but Rues made a bold statement that Bayern will not have him at any price whatsoever.So this move has become a highly unlikely one.

Performance at chelsea :-

As a defender it's just not easy to score a goal !! But also he has scored "7" goals in 2012-13.
And he has been the play-maker at the end of the season and in the  "Uefa" and he an essential player to Barca because "Puyol" is considering retirement.And Luiz has proved himself on the basis of a defender to the world. 



Replacing Puyol With Luiz  :-

What you think about luiz replacing the legend !! I think he will not able to replace him but he may learn it quickly to replace the legend with him...Because i've just not seen a defender like Puyol who is a passionate player for his club.As a "CB" luiz is performing well but not upto the level of puyol but he may just fit the place but not absolutely !!!! But in this situation this replacement is essential !!!!

The bid submitted by Barca was "34.4 million Euros" that is "$ 46 million".And i think it's much enough for him !!! And this bid is an good one for chelsea to make luiz to spain !! But luiz didn't say anything about this offer !! May be he is a chick before his new "BOSS"
