Well the most anticipated event of the year "THE FIFA WORLD CUP" is nearing the expectations are high for various teams.The Brazilians are considered as the title favourites. Lets see whether they could do this.
The Team
The head coach of Brazil,Scolari didn't include the legendary midfielders like Ronaldinho and Kaka in his 23-man squad but he has a balanced team thanks to some good young performers in his side.
The Goalkeepers
Inspite of his age,The Legendary goalkeeper Julio Ceaser made himself comfortable to find a place in the FIFA World Cup.Absence of well established Goalkeepers like Diego Alves and Rafeal in the substitutes is a wonder.
The Defense
The best left back and right back(Arguably)of the world Dani Alves and Marcelo who are great sprinters and crossers are available to be selected.But the form of Dani Alves who had woeful season will be concerning for the manager. Brazil also have the tackling tacticians of PSG in the center (Thiago Silva and David Luiz)and the strong Dante and a stable Maxwell in the substitutes it will be a tough job for any opponent to beat this defense.
The Mid-Field
Even though the midfield lack legends like Kaka and Ronaldinho Scolari has picked up some talented young lads like Ramirez,Paulinho,Oscar and subs like Willian,Fernandinho and Luiz Gustavo are there to help the midfield.The intersesting point here is that all of these players except paulinho have had a great 2013-2014 club season and it will be interesting to see if they continue that form as they have little experience in world football.
The Offense
The offense has great forwards like Hulk,Fred and Neymar who were in medicore form this season,it will be interesting to see if they improve their form as they always do so when the play for Brazil as it suits them more.The exclusion of Right Winger Lucas will not be a great problem here but it may concern the coach if anyone of the BIG THREE above get injured.
The Head Coach
Luiz Felipe Scolari,the former Brazilian defender and the former manager of Chelsea(2008-2009) is from a footballing family.His team won the FIFA Confederations Cup last year who bet the current FIFA World Champions Spain 3-0 to the amazement of everyone in the world.In that tournament Spain was considered as the title favourites but Brazilian Team under him overthrew the predictions and won the Cup comfortably.
Their Achievements
The Brazilian team has conquered the world cup for nearly 5 times which is unbeatable.According to statistics of World Cup since its beginning only 6 countries have won the cup at their home.

Brazil is expected to finish first in the group as the chances are very high for them.There will be a tough fight for the second place for Mexico and Cameron.But the chances are high for Mexico who beat Brazil in last London Olympics and become the Gold Medalists.
