First of all i can't tell him that he is a new one to "Chelsea" because he has already been to "Chelsea" !! And the players are so happy that he has returned to "Chelsea" and he was a successor at "Real Madrid"
And the players of real madrid were also loving him and the fans of "FC Barcelona" were astonished by the performance of "Real Madrid" in the "copa del rey" cup match and the leauge match.So the fans are believing that he can do it again.So will "Chelsea" be the champions at last !!!! Wait to see it :)
Mourinho's Tactics :-
As you see above "Mourinho" always use's this formation in his most of the games "4-2-3-1" Formation.
And his tactic is to use his wingers to help the forward.And he always tells his players to keep possession all the time that is to pass the ball always.He used this tactic in his pre-club "Real-Madrid" and it almost dashed the success !!!!

Cech has made a splendid performance past season and has made "20 Clean Sheets" in the season.But he has been out smarted by Manchester United Striker Javier Hernandez many times !!!! Cech is known to be afraid of him!!!!
Defense :-
As you see the standing players are the defenders of chelsea and they also made a good performance expect A.Cole and David Luiz !!!!
Mid-Field :-
The Mid-field was a good one at the past season and the players in the image have performed so well, that many bids came in-for them !!!! Goals - Hazard "13",Lampard "17",Juan Mata "20",Oscar "12",Ramiers "9" and Victor moses "10".So these are the status of the mids !!!!
Forward :-
As you see above the Main-Forwards are those who are ^^^^^^^ and to tell about them "Torres" has shown an Up-and-Down performance in the past season with the leading number of "22 Goals".And to say about "Demba Ba" he is recently transferd to chelsea and has shown a good performance the past season and especially in the Man-utd vs Chelsea match !!!! And BA has scored "6" goals last season !!!!
